Membership Access Policy
Memberships are intended for individual use only.
Each membership is licensed to a single person.
Members may not:
- Share login credentials
- Allow others to use their account
- Stream courses for non-members
- Provide unauthorized access
- Share downloads obtained through membership
The JADE Standard reserves the right to monitor usage and investigate suspicious activity.

Payments & Subscription Terms
If membership fees, courses, products, or subscriptions are offered:
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
- Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled.
- Members are responsible for managing their subscriptions.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
- Pricing may change at any time for future purchases.
Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access provided to digital products, downloadable resources, memberships, courses, and proprietary educational content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
The JADE Standard may consider exceptional cases at its sole discretion.
